About the event
We’re getting ready to celebrate the completion of 20+ oral history interviews and the opening of a Traveling Exhibit featuring master basket maker Steven Carty, visual artist Kimberly Camp and Cambodian classical dance master Jenny Hua Mears. We’ll also hear from our Community Scholar and Preservationist Dolly Marshall eager to give you a five-minute “tour” as well as an extended round table discussion of her projects.
The Oral History interview project is all about community input. Join us for interactive and facilitated discussions and workshops after the presentations and learn how to get started on your own family and community oral history project.
The Conference is free and open to the public. Reservations recommended!
